I love Brian's quote in the article that was published yesterday in the Rochester Business Journal. Thank you to Ms. Smriti Jacob for writing this phenomenal work of art. She captured the nuances of our cross-cultural experiences perfectly--everything from our initial fears of traveling to our post-experience reflections.
